Terms & Conditions
Hotel: The above prices are inclusive prices (including taxes, fees, operating expenses and daily maid service) based on half board per person per night.
Single night stay: There is a supplement for one-night stays of 20.00 € per adult.
Comfort Room: Shower, toilet, hairdryer, radio, cable-TV, telephone, small fridge, safe, free WiFi, air conditioning, some with balcony or terrace.
The Adebar-Suites are located in the attic just below the stork's nest.
Panoramic bathroom (with round tub), shower, toilet, hairdryer, radio, cable-TV, telephone, small fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, safe, comfortable couch, complimentary WiFi, 'wine-safe' and air conditioning.
The Pannonia-Suites are comfortable and equipped to a high standard and leave nothing to be desired. All rooms are equipped with a terrace or balcony.
Appartements: (Double Room + a bedroom with twin beds) Shower, toilet, hairdryer, radio, cable-TV, telephone, small fridge, safe, free WiFi, air conditioning, some with balcony or terrace.
Bungalow: The above prices are inclusive prices (including taxes, fees, operating expenses and daily maid service) based on half board per person per night. Surcharge for single occupancy of bungalows: 60.00 € per night. TIP: From the third adult staying in a bungalow, a surcharge of only 100.00 € including half board will be charged.
Information for dog owners: We ask you to keep your dog on a leash in our facility and remind you that dogs are not allowed in the spa-area, at the lake, in the "Panorama Lounge" and in the Seewinkelhalle for hygienic reasons. Please note: dogs are only permitted if you book your stay in a bungalow of type B1 or A2.
Rates: The above prices include VAT and service charge but exclude 'Ortstaxe' in the amount of 2.50 € per person/night.
Half board: After prior cancellation for unused half-board you will get credited 15.00 € per adult/night. Children (from 7 to 14 years will get credited with 10.00 € per night).
Additional Services included in your rate: Complimentary use of our wellness and sauna park (incl. wooden sauna at the natural swimming pond, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center with TechnoGym equipment, reed hut sauna,… ), use of a VILA VITA bicycle and bathrobe throughout your stay
Check-In/Check-Out: Rooms are available from 4 pm on your arrival day and until 11 am on your departure day. Late check-out is available (due to availability) to 4 pm for an additional charge of 50.00 €. Late check-out in our Residencies by the lake is possible for an additional charge of 170.00 €.
