Performance Diagnostics at the Julia Mayer Performance Center
With the JMPC Performance Check, you will experience first-hand what truly matters when it comes to sustainable training management: a weekend full of insights, exercise and recovery.
VILA VITA Pannonia is the home base of the new Julia Mayer Performance Center and, together with the Ramsau Performance Centre, is opening up a setting that is otherwise reserved for elite sport for the first time.
The programme is suitable for ambitious recreational runners as well as coaches looking to deepen their own knowledge – combined with the relaxation and recovery VILA VITA Pannonia is known for.
A training plan only reaches its full potential when supported by the right environment. This is one of the core ideas behind the Julia Mayer Performance Center: structure instead of chance, and recovery as an integral part of training rather than an afterthought.
These are the same principles Julia Mayer applies in her own preparation for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, most recently demonstrated by her strong 10th-place finish at the European Marathon Championships in Birmingham. The JMPC makes this approach accessible to runners of all levels.
Here, recreational running meets elite performance. In the future, the JMPC will also serve as a training base for national teams and elite athletes – and the Performance Check is the first opportunity to make this expertise accessible to a wider audience.
„A good training environment doesn’t start with the running route, but with everything around it." (Julia Mayer)

Maximum number of participants: 30

No specific competition experience is required. A basic level of fitness that allows you to run approximately 10 km at an easy pace is sufficient. The format is aimed at both beginners with an established training routine and ambitious runners and coaches who want to gain a deeper understanding of performance diagnostics and training management.
As the individual diagnostics and field test are adapted to each participant’s running pace, the format is equally suitable for experienced, fast runners and those new to running. Your running experience, expectations and current 10 km time (a rough estimate is sufficient) will be requested during the second step of the registration process. You will then receive an information email from Florian Reiter (Head of JMPC) with further details about the event.
By registering, you agree that VILA VITA may provide your personal data (first name, last name, address, telephone number and email address) to Florian Reiter (runventure® – sports physiotherapist and running coach) for the purpose of preparing, conducting and following up on the event. This includes coordinating the content of the programme, handling enquiries, and providing pre- and post-event information (follow-up emails and information).
By registering, you also accept the JMPC Declaration of Consent & Guidelines (see PDF download (Ger)), particularly with regard to health, liability, photo and video recordings, and cancellation conditions.
